WARRANTY
EigRig.com warrants to the original customer, for the period of one (1) year, each EigRig product, that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, EigRig will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by EigRig on an exchange basis, and at EigRig’s sole option will be either new or refurbished that is functionally equivalent to new.
This warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if such applies), abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged incorrectly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
This warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective EigRig products, as provided above. EigRig is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any other equipment bought from EigRig that is not designed and manufactured by EigRig and is under the EigRig brand. This warranty excludes 3rd party equipment, and or equipment attached to EigRig products. In the event of a claim, EigRig's sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will EigRig be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. In no event will EigRig or EigRig employees have any personal liability whatsoever.
This one (1) year Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for EigRig.com products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of EigRig.com.
This warranty excludes products that may be sold by EigRig.com but are manufactured by a third party. For these products, they are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty for EigRig.com Electronic Products
EigRig.com provides a one (1) year limited warranty for EigRig products that contain electronic components. This limited hardware warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials of our products for up to one (1) year, and does not cover damage to this product that results from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply (if applies), damage from incorrect cabling, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, dust or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
RETURNS: RETAIL
If you received the wrong product or a defective product, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product. We will either replace the wrong or defective product or refund your money. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
RETURNS: WHOLESALE:
All sales are final. If the item is defective contact us immediately to arrange for replacement. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% in original, as received condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories, UPC label with an unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
